Zane has a tendency to be a bragger with an enormous ego, who thinks he's way more qualified than he is for most things. He talks big, but is quick to back out when he can because he doesn't like to work for things. He's more of a, I guess I'll come and participate if I have to kind of guy than someone who actively seeks out things to do. If he has his way, he'll spend the whole day being lazy, but with the right coaxing, or nagging, he'll get off his a** and do what he needs to.
When he is involved, he's careless and reckless and does things without thinking.
Lerna is abrasive and mean, always speaking in a spitting hiss to her hunter. Often criticizes him for his laziness and recklessness, but seems to like the rush and thrill of battle. She nags, a lot and Zane hates it.
Why did your human character choose to become a Hunter?
As far as Zane's concerned, he's seen the shadow thingies his whole life, and when someone offered him the chance to do something about it, he figured why not, only to realize that it was more work that he was ready for.
