Heyo! It's great to see Butane really stayed with you, but a dragonferret in this canon doesn't seem feasible because there's no real "fear" he would have been created from. I'd suggest either make him a dragon, or something wyrm-like (wyvern, basilisk, etc.), or else have him be the familiar of a reaper if you really want to keep that appearance.

If you want something scaly and furry that breathes fire, you could always have a chimera! Have maybe one of the heads or the snake tail protest anyone calling it anything other than a dragon!
