A fetch's main gift is their ability to take on any form they please just by imagining it. As their bodies are not maintained by the meat of them, but by the magic around them, they are utterly at the whim of the fetch and limited only by their imagination. (fetches cannot access their original form without intervention from Melany.)

Like many other fetches, Hart can 'read' a visitor's power set. She might not be able to tell the specifics of a power, but she can easily glean a base knowledge.
