Natural Ability:
Water Breath: Being as Rusalka live underwater normally, they have absolutely no issue breathing underwater, and they don't need gills.

Personality:
Flirtatious: She loves to flirt, no matter the gender. For women, it's a safe thing to indulge in. Men? Well it depends on the man. If they're overly flirty with too many women, especially if they get hurt by it, the man in question might not want to walk near ponds if she's around... She might try to drag them under. It's a test, of sorts, for her with the masculine side of things.
Impulsive: When she gets excited about things, Kat gets impulsive. She spots a new pond/fountain/whatever nearby? She's likely to get excited and jump in. Pretty new clothes, and she has the money? She might just buy it without thinking about her budgeting.
Strong: Physically, though she doesn't look it, AND mentally, Kat is a strong young demoness. She can handle a lot of stress and pressure from those around her, and is willing to help those under pressure handle it if she can.
Caring: Her close friends and family, those who earn her respect... She cares deeply about them. She will try to help them, and if some one hurts them, well... She's good at drowning things.
Hot Tempered: She IS dangerous to be around, because when she loses her temper, she has a tendency to try to drag the offender to the local pond and, well, drown them. BUT ONLY A LITTLE, as she's prone to saying after a temper flare up. And it's not hard to push her buttons.
Cools Off Fast: Conversely, she does calm down quickly and easily, especially after a dip in the water. She'll relax and then come apologize, especially if she tried to drown the other person. She's REALLY sorry!

Why are they enrolled in Amityville Academy? Her family is REALLY hoping time at the Academy will get Ekaterina to calm the heck down, between her impulsiveness and her temper. It's one thing to try to tempt Human Men and drown them, it's another to do it to fellow Demons and other folk of Halloween. Other then that, they want their daughter to be PROPERLY educated on Scaring and all the other details of life.

FEAR Ability:
GO FOR THE EYES: (Swift Strikes Mechanic) She lunges and does several rapid clawings, preferably trying to claw the eyes out of her victim but probably just getting in some nasty little cuts.


Physical Description:

Eye Colour: Silvery-grey
Hair Colour/Style: Blonde. Long, flowing and a bit floaty, it always has a little water dripping off the ends.
Skin Colour: Palest end of non-albino human spectrum possible, while still looking alive. Red, full lips, blushed cheeks... Tempting, in otherwords.
Clothing Style/Colours: Black, tight corset-top with pumpkin orange laces, short black skirt with pumpkin orange cobweb patterns on one side at the hem. Cobweb fishnets, and a pair of black calf high boots, high heeled.
Extra: Pointed ears, and a body that wont quit, as they say... It's easier to tempt men that way!

Welcome to This is Halloween!

Congratulations! Your character has passed the enrollment process and you're cleared to begin playing. Essentially, this means you can get your art certed, make your character's journal, and most importantly start RPing. If you're a little lost then don't worry, this guide is here to point you in the right direction.

- Do you have your character's art? Great! Move onto the next crown.

- If you do NOT yet have your art, you may now contact your artist and let them know that they may now start on creating your character!

- If your character is a STUDENT, you may create a customized student pin for them. This is entirely optional (but fun!) special badge that is unique to your character's design! You can find more information about pins (also known as their emblem) here.
