She liked to grow things. It was quite difficult in the pridelands, though the land was fertile, to actually pick seeds and grow them to produce things, well it was a little more difficult. She had gained recent success though, having farmed her own little garden she was getting pretty pleased with what she was producing.At the moment, it was flowers. Wild flowers grew every where but making them grow in to small groups and creating something pretty, something not irratic and random.
Today she was trying something new. She had found a bush with berries upon it and having collected the fruit and decanted the seeds from within, she was now looking for the perfect place in her little garden to grow a bush, she was determined to grow fruit here and who knew maybe one day she could go some where and find exotic seeds and bring them here and grow new things that the pridelands had never seen before!
The thought made her shiver, she wasn’t really sure if she could leave the place she called home, even to search out new plants, new seeds to grow, but the thought was there. For the moment she was satisfied just to potter about and grow the things that were here and maybe, when this bush grew, oranges would grow in the pridelands.
