The little silver foal flicked his tail behind him and trotted away from the safety of his family. He knew he'd be alright, as long as he didn't stray TOO far. He wasn't entirely familiar with anything given they weren't very new to this world yet but he did know that if he was walking for a great deal of time then he had probably gone too far.
He was sorta loud so he was likely always within shouting or screaming distance. Not that he would ever scream, that was something only fillies did. At least that was what he told himself. He had two brothers, no sister among them. Just their mother as the only female authority. Which wasn't a bad thing, it just meant he'd measure everyone he met against her.
He pitied the filly that made eyes at him one day.
Tough standards to live up to.
Chomping on some grass that was surprisingly still green he made his way along, looking at the surrounding flora and fauna with wide eyes and a curious mind. Everything was so beautiful.
One could say he had an admiration for the little things in life, he wouldn't actually admit that out loud though.
Giving a pause he turned his ears, what was that? He had heard something.
