Hesitant: Come on, she just did her nails and make up, who wants to fight and ruin that hard work.
Snobbish?: It takes time to look this good and ruining it was not part of what she planned.

Why did your human character choose to become a Hunter?
She was reading a book outside her campus when she noticed something weird going on. She was sure it was just all in her mind, she wasn't seeing strange things was she? In that moment curiosity got to be too much for her and she went to see what was going on, and got pulled into.. something. She still doesn't know all of what happened, or what is real or not but ended up agreeing to be a hunter.

Cease and desist: The bite
Uses her Sai's to stab her enemy letting herself heal. Distasteful to her but needed at times.
The Bite
While it doesn't appear impressive at first, the Bite enables the user to steal Fear from their opponent when attacking. Hunters will discover that they are unable to charge their Weapon while this effect is active as their weapon is too busy converting the fear they stole into their own fear shields.
