	Huru lounged underneath a tree. His tree. Sighing happily and watching a few cubs play in the grass in front of the very small hill he was currently on, he listened to the clatter of bones and shells waving lazily in the wind. He loved making instruments that the wind played. He had also procured these... sea glass things that had a small opening at the top. When the wind picked up and hit the bottle, it would hum lightly, mingling with the tinkling of the ornaments in the tree. Yawning, he rolled onto his back and stretched lazily, before focusing his eyes back on the playing cubs below.

	A male watching cubs, that made her smile. She was new to the pride but so far she was not disappointed. Approaching him Kimara gave the best grin that she could. "Hello." Her voice was sweet but held backbone to it. "Are any of those yours?" It was common for other members of the pride to watch young so it wouldn't be surprising if he said no, she was just trying to start a conversation between the two of them.

	He didn't hear the other approach. It was probably why he wasn't cut out to be a hunter, scout, or warrior. Nearly jumping, he thumped to his side, eyes wide as they landed on the female. Who...? "What?" he asked, blinking owlishly before looking at the cubs. He counted quickly to make sure none wandered off during his brief distraction. They could be quite sneaky. And fast. If one wasn't watching, there would be a head missing. "Uh... any of these- oh, no," he said with a nervous laugh and rolled completely on his belly. Picking himself up from the ground, he gave her a sheepish grin. "I'm a nanny," he told her before tilting his head. "I don't suppose you're checking up on a cub...?" Huru thought he knew the parents of each cub under his care. He glanced down at the rascals tiring themselves out, mentally ticking off each one he knew for certain who their parent was.

	Apparently her question had him startled and a little confused at first. Wasn't he watching some cubs? Or was he one of those weird perverts that liked to 'watch' cubs when their mothers weren't looking. She raised a brow curiously but he seemed to quickly recover. "Oh no, none of them are mine. I'm actually new to the pride." She said with a light laugh in her voice. "Would you care for some company?"

	Huru grinned, sitting back down next to her. "New, hm? I hope you're finding your way around. It's rather... peaceful here," Huru hummed before giving her a sheepish look. "Not that I know much about the land outside of the Pride Lands," he added, eyes glancing to the cubs constantly to ensure each were still present. Aza was tackling a boy cub and was currently pinning him down; Huru watched with a frown and relaced when Aza finally let the cub up. He moved his eyes back to his companion. "I didn't give you a proper introduction. I'm Huru, a nanny," he told her with a goofy grin.

	"I'm finding things as best I can. Perhaps I'd do much better with an escort at some point." She said with a light laugh. She turned her gaze back towards the cubs, watching them for a moment as they played and looked back towards him. "you're not missing too much, it's a strange world out there." She was quite glad she had finally found herself a place to call home, it truly wasn't a nice world out there. "It's nice to meet you Huru." She wondered if she'd be good at being a Nanny, she liked cubs enough, it was just hunting was exciting. "Did you always want to be a nanny?" She asked curiously.

	"I'll be happy to escort you around, if you need it," Huru offered before bashfully glancing at her. "Unless you prefer someone else," he added with a nervous chuckle. His eyes moved back to the cub, also watching for that moment, frowning slightly as Aza was off to bully another victim. He would have to talk to her. He blinked, glancing at her. "Is it? I would have to see it, then. Hardly anything truly strange goes on here," Huru pointed out, excitement glinting in his eyes. He wouldn't leave forever; no, the Pridelands was his home. But seeing a bit of the world... it sounded like a fine adventure, nothing too exciting but just exciting enough. He inclined his head, pausing to wait to find out her name. When she didn't give it, he blinked but quickly nodded at her other question before pausing. "Well, no, actually. I wanted to explore. But... I find myself enjoying watching over cubs. It's the same thing every day but the rascals make the repetition a new adventure every day," he explained with a wry grin and fondness. He would be elated to have his own cubs but he wasn't in any rush. Watching cubs and slowly creating the sea glass wind chimes were his past times and he's yet to get tired of them. He didn't know if he ever will.

	That was nice of him to offer. While she hadn't been actually looking per say, she kinda had been hinting a little. Just to see if he'd "I would very much like for you to be the one to show me around." She listened as he spoke and she gave a smile, she was pleased to hear not too many crazy things happened around here. "I like that nothing strange happens. Sometimes having normal is good." She was really glad that she had found a home in this pride. As he spoke about watching the cubs her heart melted a little. "It's nice you have such dedication to something. Cubs are a wonderful thing to take care of." She couldn't help but watch how fond he seemed of them, he'd make a good father one day. "You and your mate going to try for cubs soon?" Subtle way to find out if he was taken right?

	Huru grinned, looking back at her again. "I'll be happy to show you around, whenever you need it," he pointed out cheerfully. "Normal is very peaceful, usually," he sighed in agreement. Nodding absently at her comment, he watched the cubs longer. Soon, it will be time to escort them home. He nearly didn't catch her next question. Sputtering, he looked over at her. The idea of having cubs on his own... it still felt too soon! And, he hadn't met the right lioness yet... "Oh, no. Not yet. Someday, I would like cubs. But I would need to find a lioness to help make them, I suppose," he said with a laugh.

	"That would be most kind of you." She said with a beaming smile, quite pleased to have a bit of a friend now. At least he seemed friendly enough towards her. Which was a great relief to her. Nodding her head she couldn't help but chuckle a little at his response. "Yes, I suppose you would need to find one of those." She watched the cubs a bit more. "Well, perhaps I can help you take the little one's home when it's time?" She offered hoping he'd accept. She quite liked his company so far and hoped to get to know him better.

	Huru gave her a bright grin. That sounded nice. "I would love your company to take them hope," he replied happily. Company was always nice; it was always so lonely when he dropped the cubs off.
