In all her life, Miyabi was told to be careful leaving the grove. The place where the kind human cared for her Fathers and her siblings. The others of their odd herd. She was told this countless times, every time she was told this. The mare never really questioned why. It was just natural. She never left the grove, that was just silly. There was no need to leave. Till today...
Miyabi wanted to just take one little peek out. Just to see what the big deal was. The mare was shy as she walked along the path. Timidly looking back every so often. Making sure she could still see the way back home. If not, she was sure that one of the beasts that were apart of the herd were soon to find her. Wouldn't be too hard...with her colors. She hummed a little. This was really something. She looked around, colors were the same as the grove. Plant life as well. So what was so different...?
火花 "Hibana" was off exploring as he needed a break from his daily life. He didn't live with his family once he turned old enough to be called an adult. But he did go back and visit them when he could. After all family would always be a big part of his life. Sighing a bit as he looks about the area only finding that he is in an area that he isn't use to. So he turns his guard on because he isn't sure if there is anything dangerous in this area so he better be alert while here.
Though he did have to admit that this area was a very pretty area and wondered why he hasn't come across it before. Stopping in his tracks as he looks about to take in all the colors of this place as well as a deep breath in order to get a fill of this place. Oh it seemed so peaceful here. Hoping that is the case he starts to walk again but not really minding what is in front of him. Which might end up leading him into running or bumping into another if he isn't careful or mindful of his steps. Good thing he is walking slowly so that he can take in the sounds and sights of the area he has found himself in.
Closing his eyes for a moment still taking slow but steady steps forward with another deep breath. This place smelled nice. Flowers all about and the colors were wondrous. Enjoying this as he slowly opens his eyes and continues to allow his eyes to scan everything that is about him. This was fine and all but it still leaves him with openings to trip, bump into another, or fall if he isn't careful enough. And he even put up his guard but then lowered it the moment he saw the beauty of the place. He could hear his sister telling him that he shouldn't be so careless just because something has beauty.
He has been told that beauty can sometimes be the dangerous things that creep in the shadows that will use that beauty to hurt you. But could a place really do that? He shakes his head. There is no way a place as pretty as this could be dangerous in his eyes. After all how can a place hurt anything. It is a place. Yes there are living things in a place. They could do harm. But the place itself can't do harm could it? Great now he is lost in thoughts about this. It was one thing after the other on guard, off guard. Mind clear now mind clouded. He sighs as he shakes his head in order to collect himself.

Miyabi was glancing behind her as she started to pick up some pace. The mare was getting giddy at the idea of being so far from home. Granted, she had taken small family outings when she was a mere foal and her Mama wanted to show her the outside and why it was dangerous. After a while the mare wasn't really paying attention to where she was going only that she was finally gone. She giggled as she started a nice sprint, taking her further from the grove. After a short time she slowed to a easy trot. Panting as she took in the adrenaline rush that came to her. Once she was calmer the mare turned a corner only to find herself running smack into another being.
It was with a melodic squeak that the half flutter mare sprinted back to hide behind a rock as she peeked out to see what she had run into. A...stallion...? She made to call out, but caught her squeak before it escaped. She cleared her throat. "Who are you?!?"
火花 "Hibana" shakes a bit once something smacked into him as he closed his eyes while shaking a bit more. Slowly opening his eyes to check out what it was the smacked into him as he allows his eyes to adjust so that he can scan the are. Once he has scanned the surrounding area as he stretches his wings a bit and then tucks them to his sides before hearing a voice. It sounded soft. So he looks around a bit spinning in a circle trying to pin point where the voice might have come from.
"To the little soft voice I am Hibana."
He said as he comes to a stop as he is making himself dizzy so he slowly lays down. Closing his eyes again trying to get his surrounding to stop spinning now that he himself has stopped. The voice sounds like it could belong to a mare or a really girlie stallion. Maybe even a foal. It was soft enough. He opens his eyes and looks about as he finally stops someone behind a rock.. Smiling as he is sighs at the same times.
"You can come out and tell me who you are now. I don't bite and I am pretty harmless. No need to worry at all. So please come on out."
Hibana said with a smile to him as he stays laying down seeing that he is still a bit dizzy and therefore getting up would be a bad idea on his part but that is ok he is smart even to keep himself from acting too much the fool for right now anyways. So now to keep himself steady his stretches out his wings once more as he is going to try and stand so he will need them to help him balance. So they are spread out at his sides so that when he does stand up he won't fall over. With that all in place he moves one of his front legs out from under him and pulls himself up. Quickly moving the other front leg under him as he lifts himself off of the ground. Hopping onto his back legs as he readies himself in case he is about to fall.
But after standing in place for a few moments he then brings his wings back in tucking them to his sides as he looks at the rock again and smiles a bit more. He wonders if the one hiding from him would be laughing at him with all the spinning and the trying to get up onto his hooves. He must have looked the fool. The thought makes him snicker a bit at himself as he shakes his head a bit waiting for the voice to answer him.
