Ability 1: Psionic Hacking- Strela is unique gifted with psychic powers. Unlike the psychic powers people are familiar with, Strela can access not only people with her mind but she can also access Computer systems as well. In "hacking" a person, Strela can determine a foes Weakness, their current health condition, their mental status. Basic information and read thoughts. Barriers prevent this from happening. Computer hacking is self explanatory.
Data on people is not gather immediately and takes time. Gaining weakness takes the longest while mental status is the shortest.
Ability 2: Blade Storm Protocol- Her main combat program, Blade Storm Protocol (BSP) combines half her magical strength with her physical strength. This gives all four of her blades a purplish hue as they become infused with her energy. Slashes with the the blades send a wave that travels for 10 feet. Damage drops off heavily after the first 3 feet.
Max Strength is 20. No other Ability can be used during this Protocol. Magical Strength is reduced to the minimum limit to maintain powers. [Even if half MS is greater than 8] Examples: 10 reduces to 8. 20 reduces to 8 MS
Ability 3: Haywire Protocol- Haywire Protocol is an Ability Strela tends to avoid because of the chaotic nature. Reducing her Magical Control to 8, Strela increases her Magical Strength by 4. Haywire charges up and than releases a burst of high level psionic energy. All computer/electronics (excluding herself) go offline within a 20ft radius go offline for one time change. People caught with in the burst are burned and forced back and will have trouble using abilities that require focus.
After using Haywire, Strela twitches randomly and loses control of her abilities for 4 post
Ability 4: Heat Sink Protocol- Underneath each blade sheath is the equivalent of a gun barrel. Strela can use her bodies own power reserves to shoot high intensity beams. This is has a great range and burn through flesh if hit directly.
This drains Strela main life support energy her body needs to survive....So this in theory can kill her if used improperly.
Ability 5: White-Glint Override- Activating this Override is a last resort or if the battlefield calls for desperate measures. Releasing all mental inhibitors and deactivating all moral checks, Strela becomes nothing more than a killing machine. Ignoring the use of any ability she has, Strela increases her Strength and Durability by 4 but Reduces Magical Strength/Energy/Control to 5 and is unable to use any power while this is active.
Fail Safe programming only allows this Override to last for 4 posts and has a one week(In RP) cooldown.

Personality: Concerning most things, Strela is very nonchalant and monotone. So much has happened to her that she no longer feels like she can feel happy or sad without some sort of consequence. Though there is one thing that ignores that. Technology is the one thing that makes her comfortable and strangely...human.

Backstory: Growing up, Strela Bayden was faced with more hardship than most people face in a life time. Born with a rare and deadly spinal disease, Doctors only gave Strela 8 years from birth to survive. Her family was devastated. Here grew a little not knowing that there was no future, no hope, nothing but the family that loved her each day they could. Her father was enlisted in the Swedish Military and her mother was a bio-engineer for several government facilities. Each of the took off 8 years of their work to be with their daughter.
It was only til Strela became 6 years old that the disease started to take a hold on her body. Extreme pain racked the girl each day and slowly began to lose function in her legs and arms. At the the age of 7 Strela was completely paralyzed and on life support. On her Deeath bed at the age 7...they dont know whether this was a miracle or a curse, but something happened that would change the girls life. Doctors and scientist from a special unknown group approached the two parents with offer they almost couldnt refuse. A special procedure that could save the girls life. The only catch was that Strela would inducted into their program over the next 20 years. Already devastated and wishing life for their daughter, they agreed.
What happened is still unknown even to her parents. All they were told was that Strela's Spine was completely replaced with bio-mechanical components. And over the years, more would be replaced or just added. Turning the girl into a Cyborg. It was only after the 18th year that the name of the program was released. Project White-Glint. A top secret military to create a bio-mechanical soldier that could seek out and destroy single targets with more efficiency than anything of their time and the next. For a while, Strela was more robot than human. Luckily, she never had many assignments. Only ever having to kill 5 people in her life. Project White-Glint however did something to her. With more and more components being added, a switch was flipped and she started to gain her first power. Psionics.
With this new found power, Strela felt that it was time that she left the facility that was just about keeping her prisoner. There was more death that day than all White-Glint Soldiers killed combined...there 378 combined kills. The fail Safe in Strela's head malfunctioned and unlocked the White Glint Override. A psionically powered cyborg with 4 blades,4 plasma projectors, Combat Augments, boots that gave her boosted mobility...and a extreme hatred to fuel it all.
That time is something Strela never wants to talk about. Looking to run and try and start over, she arrived at Videl and applied as a Teacher for the ICT classes...hoping one day to regain the courage to go home.

Extra:
-The boots have small thrusters to help her jump/speed up. They also help with dodging. Drains Life Support Power
-While always try and hack people she does not know. Nervous habit
-Tends to Tinker or Read books when uncomfortable
-Will either Threaten/Cry/Ignore people who try and bring up her past.
-The "sheathes" on her back can also function as extra hands.
-If they are good enough, Someone can hack into Strela and activate any of her protocols and White Glint Override.
-Tends to be skeptical about Magic, Angel's, Demons and mythical creatures. (wont last in this school)
