longaps crazed4now I actually forgot guilds were a thing here..... Like, when I was still an active poster here, I totally forgot. 0_0 It seems like there is a lot of that going around but I am confident that they will all come back if for nothing else than nostalgia. Unfortunately they will not stay because as the old saying goes, " You cannot go home again".
I have an internet home that wasn't this site (though Gaia was a close 2nd). And that place was totally destroyed a few years ago. The owner of the forum sold it to a guy in India who blocked off the forum section, redid the entire main page to be clickbait, and broke all our image files.
Luckily we were truly an internet family and stuck together even without the forum (we moved to facebook, Skype, and now Discord). But my Gaia friends were all RPers. Once the RPs died, so did my interest in Gaia. :/ |
