	Today is one of the two days in the year that I cook up Corn beef and Cabbage and Black Eyed Peas and Red Potatoes. The other day is January 1st due to a belief (by my father) that it brings good fortune for the year. Regardless of whether you celebrate it or not, I do hope the day is enjoyable for you all.
