Leon: Seeing the people he is close with die. Loosing his younger sister. Killing his sister by accident.

Ulla : Feeling Shadow Mewtwo's darkness again, seeing her parents death again, failing to protect the Tree of Life, loosing her new family and her brother. Seeing all of her Pokemon turn to Shadow Pokemon and turning on her.

Spiders are appreciated
Snakes are cute
But bees... Omg bees are unpredictable

As for veronica in particular, feeling rejected even after all efforts and the typical scare of darkness (creepy things that dont have a particular existent form)

Odd: Afraid of Squirrels, losing himself to the demonic powers he's developed and to the personified vices whose powers he has absorbed, also of the Abbey he grew up in being suddenly abandoned when he goes to visit.

Lykas: Losing himself completely, losing Odd, specifically, Mykel getting Shadowfied

Kaya: Snagem disowning him because the rest of his family are all members of Team Rocket, Outliving his friends due to prolonged visits to the Fairy Realm.

Wren: His parents getting tangled up in his choice to work with Snagem and getting hurt, somehow. Failing in his goal to bring life to Lentimas Town, at the very least.

For Ryan, two of his more simple fears are that of wasps ( bees are fine and bring honey, wasps are an evil soulless attack machine) and freezing to death. Ryan is very much used to warm climates and warm weather, so cold, especially to an extreme degree, bothers him greatly.

The biggest and most traumatic fear Ryan has is losing those he considers to be his family or being betrayed by them. Both of these issues are intertwined with him due to the nature of his parent's death and who was responsible for that.
