	Darn illness! I do not remember catching a cold in the last 2 years and now here I am ... people start coughing around me and then next thing I know I am congested and coughing also.

	I almost hate to admit it but years ago whenever I got sick I just ignored it and it usually dragged on for 4 months. These days, as soon I feel any symptom, I start drinking lots more water, resting as much as possible, etc. etc, etc.

	I used to just ignore stuff, but my immune system isn't what it used to be since I had my nerve surgery.
