Attention all new Pokemon Trainers,

We would like to take a moment to remind all of you that Citra is a dangerous region to explore, with many wild Pokemon that can give even the most experienced of trainers trouble if caught off guard. As such, in recent years it has been decided that all Pokemon Trainers are not permitted to travel alone and be accompanied by fellow trainers until they have earned their fourth gym badge. Once a trainer has earned their fourth gym badge from the Citran Pokemon League, then they will be allowed to traverse the region’s routes alone, if they choose to do so.

Failure to abide by these rules not only puts oneself at risk, but can lead to severe punishment from authorities.
