The music in the club was blaring, almost too loud to be enjoyable, but it seemed like pretty much every patron was having a blast in this grungy, gimey, underground hellscape. The music was aggressive and violent, most clubgoers clad in black, chains, leather, and spikes. It was the kind of place Alice might have stuck around, found herself something fun to play with for the night if she wasn't here for business anyway. The vampire leaned her shoulder into the wall, positioned primarily out of sight of the busiest sections of the club but with a perfect view of the entrance and the dance floor. She was on the hunt.

Her striking blue gaze kept a careful watch, roving the crowd as though looking for something, or rather someone. She spotted him after about an hour, the out-of-place-looking business type with a scar and a mean smile. She hated him already. Good. It was more fun when she didn't like her targets. Something about him already pissed her off; maybe it was the way he'd grabbed a hostess's a** as she passed or the way he leered at almost every female in the place. Whatever it was, she felt her fist tighten, thinking about relieving him of the burden of this life. It wouldn't be a loss, that was for sure. The lights of the club illuminated anything that could shine, black latex, chains, spikes, and jewelry. It was a mesmerizing display mixed with vibrant hair and pelt colors as well as the inky black of the decor and dance floor.

She leaned back further against the wall and took a moment to enjoy the waves of vibration pulsing throughout the club, coursing through her veins. It centered her somehow. As the male began to head for the back rooms, she licked her lips and rolled her shoulders back, cracking her neck—time to go. Alice pushed away from her perch and weaved through the dance floor, her lengthy hair spilling down her back like silk, her vibrant eyes almost luminous in the darkness. She could have easily been distracted by the gorgeous patrons and exciting nightlife, but her focus was set. She only had one patron on her mind. She reached the door he'd vanished through, waited a few minutes, and swiftly slipped in after him.
