Albain stood next to his aviary, a place he had spent a LOT of time getting perfect. His companion crow, Avos, was settled in his favorite place on Albain's left shoulder, and Albain reached up to give the crow a good scratch on the back of the bird's neck. Currently, all of Albain's other birds he was working with were in smaller spaces inside his house, waiting for the day Albain had finished his construction.The Aviary was built against the cliff that was behind his home, such that there was cliff-space for some of the birds to nest on, but a fair number of trees, bushes and even a small pond were inside too, so that they had all the options the birds could want.
To be fair, he didn't really HAVE any water-birds right now, he preferred other avians, but he wanted to be sure. And he DID have an osprey he was currently working with, so the pond had fish in it to encourage the bird to hunt when in the Aviary. But in the end, the important part was he had options for his birds and when they were all trained up, he... Well, he was not sure if he intended to SELL them or show them, or just. Have them around.
Either way, the Aviary was complete.
