Each Player or Team will have 3 attempts to clear the High Jump, Hurdles and Wall Mark. The Player or team must land on the wall mark with both hands to make the jump count. The Player or team with the best distance wins.

Each Player or Team will clear 2-4 Laps and will be timed from Start to Finish, they need to clear each segment before proceeding to the next segment. Player or team with the best time wins.
