- ■ OUTGOING Fia is one of those people that will run up to just about anyone in hopes of starting conversation. Making friends is her go to skill or so she’ll say upon meeting someone. She believes herself to be someone easy to talk to, also finding little problem talking to anyone around her. She evidently likes to talk and be part of any conversation no matter how small. Though, she’s not one to start rumors.
■ OPTIMISTIC You honestly can’t bring Fia down no matter how far she falls. She will still try something even if she knows she could fail. Falling from a tree doesn’t mean she won’t climb another. It’s how she sees things. Keeping things positive even if the nearest rock could mean tripping and falling on her face. Everything is rainbows and sun shines when Fia is around.
■ LOYAL Where she lacks in footing Fia doesn’t lack in unwavering loyalty. She’ll be your ride or die if you let her. Standing up for her friends, she’ll be there to defend them. You can always count on her to be there even if she is in her own world sometimes.
■ WHIMSICAL Fia beats to the sound of her own drum. Seeing the world differently and believing most things are indeed possible. Viewing things very much out of the box rather then in, she’s known to at times stare blankly at nothing. She’ll even answer her own questions out loud seemingly out of the blue. Whether she’s speaking to invisible beings or nothing at all, she’s fine with the unexpected and randomness of it all. Then again, she rarely acknowledges people that question her on the matter.
■ PERCEPTIVE Though she might appear to be out to lunch sometimes or just plan disinterested in applying her knowledge, she can be surprisingly perceptive. When given the chance she will no doubt share her findings outright without a second thought. Always willing to share her way of thinking even if at times it doesn’t seem very practical.
■ NON-JUDGEMENTAL All in all, Fia is very much no one to judge. She’ll never say what someone did was wrong. Believing there is neither a wrong way nor a right way to life. She is one filled with understanding and a willingness to see things from a different perspective. Even if she struggles to see things 100% the way some else can see it.

- CHILDHOOD Fiadh (Phea) Reilly O'Shea was born to Malone and Clara O'Shea. Her father a squib and her mother muggle born met when Clara went to Ireland as a teenager with her parents. She came to visit him often and before they knew it love had bloomed. Young love would last and the two would marry. That lead to the two finding a place on the outskirts of Galway. Living where they did had its upsides and kept them both pretty busy. Malone worked in the city as a contractor while Clara was an inventor of sorts while also tending to plants in the small green house.
The two had a little girl a few years into the marriage which kept Clara busy when she wasn’t working on her pet projects. Luckily this meant that little Fia was able to experience in her mother’s world. On the occasional odd job Malone would bring his daughter into the city. One of her many exciting times. Though her favourite time was when grandma Meabh got to take her. She loved hanging in the woods out back and making friends with the small woodland creatures, fur and winged alike. Fia’s favourite creatures were fairies, a few of which had followed her home and were her new best friends. She named them Gorm & Óir respectively. If only Pluto her cat would stop trying to eat them. Grandma Meabh would share the best stories and Fia was fascinated with all of it when she’d visit. Her grandmother was a historian and one that would tell her all the stories of Hogwarts and the like. Fia couldn’t wait till she got to see Hogwarts.
It felt like forever before Fia showed signs of magic. She was beginning to fear it would never happen. Though she remained positive thinking perhaps she just never noticed or something. Her father was nothing less then concerned she’d turn out like him. Luckily when she turned nine, she managed to turn off a light from across the room while looking out the window at the stars. It was a surprise but one she gladly rushed off to share with her parents. When her Hogwarts letter came in, she was excited to be going. With her mom going to Hogwarts when she was her age it was even more exciting. Where would she end up, who would she meet? So many questions, all positively delightful.

Fiadh started off her trip to school first year with a new friend in Olivia Scott-Wright. She hung out with her and when she wasn’t with her, she was with Dec and Seb, two kids in her year that she enjoyed hanging with. Then she had her roommates in her house of Hufflepuff which she was determined to be friends with also, especially Ella who was on the shy side. Between friends and classes Fiadh also had clubs which were either music club with Liv or the astronomy club with Dec and Ella.
Heading into second year Fiadh did the plunge of trying out for the Quidditch team. She managed to make it as a reserve chaser and even got to play in a few games. It was super fun to be a part of something her friends enjoyed. Third year she started electives which was a rather large amount. She would soon regret it. Declan came out as being trans and Fiadh supported her Ravenclaw friend. Aside from all that she made the starting team as Chaser much to her surprise.
