Location: Earth of Ultra Space 1993, sector sigma. No modern contact with Ultra Space known. ----- US-1993, a universe that has diverge greatly from the home of the Snagems we know and love. The events of this universe were similar to the events that took place in US-59, up until after Ein's defeat at Realgam Tower. The Snagems were jubilant, they had won against their arch-nemesis, the world was saved. However their celebration was cut short as a new threat reared its head as Shadow Pokemon began to grow to enormous sizes and rampaged. From what they would learn Ein had infected the Tree of Life with a different kind of Shadow virus, one that causes Shadow Pokemon to grow exponentially larger if they enter Hyper Mode, inspired by the Dynamax phenomenon in Galar. The Snagems themselves would turn to Dynamaxing to combat these gigantic shadowy monsters but it was not enough, they needed more firepower to stop these creatures from overrunning the planet and destroying entire regions, not wanting to have an encore of their failure in Galar where giant Shadow Pokemon now reign supreme. Silph Co., Devon Corp., and even what was left of Lysandre Labs joined together, with Dr. Kaminko of Orre at the helm, to create new weapons for Team Snagem to fight back these creatures. Powerful mechas powered by fabled Elemental Gems, such as the Zapdos Heart, and controlled via man-made Channeler Artifacts, were created for the Snagems to pilot. Along with their 'Pokezords', as Kaminko dubbed them, they were given special Expansion Suits that can also tap into the 'Hearts' of their Pokezords, to protect and empower themselves. With these new tools the tied has turned against the Shadow Titans, humanity was saved...or so they thought. A new threat would reveal itself, to take up where Ein left off, to harness the power of the Shadow Titans for their own ends. A powerful Rock Channeler who declares herself to be 'Shadow Witch Serena Sinia' would step forth from the shadows, looking to tame these creatures and use them to achieve her evil dream of global conquest. Some how she had been successful in commanding the Shadow Titans to do her bidding, even able to trigger their Hyper Mode and make them grow on command. From her base in Galar she wrecks havoc on the world. Now then, let's see what our heroes are up to...the Snagem Rangers! ----- Location: Sunyshore City, Sinnoh "These things are more annoying than they are strong!" Sub shouted to his teammates as he grappled with some sort of humanoid creature made of rock, its face reminiscent to a Minior's, its empty eye sockets stare back at him. Sub was clad in what resembled red spandex with a full head helmet that resembled that of an Incineroar's head, his buckle-like artifact fixed to his belt. They were fighting a horde of Serena's Miniormen, created with her personal swarm of Minior, altered by her Rock Channeling powers. They acted as her foot soldiers and while great in number, and dangerous to civilians, they weren't a match for the Snagem Rangers. Sub would find himself on one of the city's solar panel bridges, tossing the Miniorman her was fighting off the bridge into the water where it would lightly explode into pieces, the blue Minior that was inside shooting up to the heavens in retreat. "GRAY-5, have we got a lock onto the Shadow Pokemon that's about to grow?" Sub asked, speaking to the AI through his helmet. "Aye yi yi! Not yet, Sub! I know it's somewhere nearby but the presence of the Miniormen is messing with our censors!" GRAY-5 informed the team through all their helmets. "Great, you heard him guys, we got to take these things out and fast if we want to get to the Shadow Pokemon before the witch makes it grow." The Red Ranger, leader of the Snagem Rangers, instructed his teammates as he dealt a spinning kick to another Miniorman, knocking its 'head' off and causing it to explode into pieces, a red Minior shooting upwards in retreat this time. A woman wearing a similar outfit to Sub's, except yellow instead of red and her helmet having a motif of a roaring Luxray instead, would be on another one of the solar bridges, would be fighting more of those Miniormen, twin daggers flying into one while she kicked another one off of her bridge as well, the Miniorman shattering as it landed on one of the steep cliff sides. "You sure we can't get those sensors upgraded at some point," Aile would ask, watching the released Minior fly off with a violet streak. "Would probably make this hunt a lot easier in the future." Her attention shifted to the current sheath of her daggers, grabbing them as she jumped to flip over the Miniorman. Using the momentum and leverage from her daggers, as she landed, she’d flip the creature over her head and send it flying further ahead into some others, the body of the first one shattering as it landed and sending its own Minior, a green one this time, flying into the sky. “Thanks for holding these for a moment, good sir.” Flipping her daggers into a reverse grip, she would charge onto the group in front of her, practically dancing as she began slashing at more of the Miniormen. “How’s everyone else doing?”

A young boy, clad in a similar green suit stood atop a building, brooded atop a nearby glass bridge. With a green helmet held at his hip, the teenager waited for a good moment to strike. When the Shadow Virus hit Paldea, the region hadn't been prepared. Their best defense had been distance for the first wave- but it only took a lone Tentacruel to emerge and set the region to ruin. Tsuki had tried to cobble up some kind of defense, but it hadn't been long before he had been found and 'recruited'. "What's the ETA on the Shadow Pokemon's arrival?" he asked allowed, unsure if the Shadow Witch was paying attention to him. His orders had been to delay his attack on his former teammates, letting the Miniormen wear them all down before he made a decisive strike. He scratched at the purple veins going up his neck, barely visible under his skin.
With the Power Coin he had been given, Tsuki could just infiltrate their HQ and cause havoc... The boy paced back and forth impatiently before finally putting his green helmet on. "To hell with it, a distraction is a distraction." He decided, hopping off the bridge to engage the enemy.

Another woman, in a similar outfit to the rest- hers pink with a helmet resembling a Togekiss in flight- would jump back to get some distance between herself and a couple of Miniormen that tried to approach. As she did, she'd let an arrow loose from her bow, forcing them off another part of the bridge with the burst of wind that followed on impact, seeing a pair of orange streaks shortly after. "I'm fine here, but these pet rocks are ridiculous!" Amaranth remarked, finding herself vaulting off another that got too close and using the leverage to toss them away, followed by a yellow streak when they shattered on the ground. "And I don't know, Tsu, you tell me what feels like the worst time for a Shadow Pokemon to arrive for its weekly growing. It'll be that."

Another man, clad in blue and with a more heavily armored helmet that resembled a Drednaw, would send himself flying through the air to intercept a Miniorman coming to assail Amaranth from behind with a kick. Spinning the staff he had just used to catapult himself for that kick around himself, he would swing for another of the Miniormen. "So what are the odds Sinia doesn't make this Shadow Pokemon into a giant?" Another smack with the staff would send one of the rocks flying into the river, a red streak leaping into the sky after impact. "Because I want to actually do some preventative maintenance on our equipment instead of the typical duct tape it together and hope the chewing gum holds."

A young woman, whose sleek black outfit ended in a helmet with prominent periwinkle cat ears, found herself in the thick of the fight. Not with a microphone like she might have thought a few years ago, but with an axe that doubled as a shooting gun.
The fitness regimen she'd already been on was paying off. A spin-around with the Krasha Kutter was all that was needed to send two Miniormen to their doom on the shoreline below, and a fierce kick to the stomach was enough to wound a third, the orange Minior inside darting away as the body it controlled rapidly disassembled.
If she'd had more time to think, she might consider how awkward it was to be in the same region as her stage-namesake or be writing a few new bars. But this wasn't the time for that. A Shadow Pokémon was somewhere. It was about to grow. And worse yet, the volume of Miniormen was generating interference. They needed to go—fast.
"Chop 'em down, whatever it takes / Whole world knows who's cookin', she Krasha Wake!" All she was missing was a beat. Her teammates would know that she was doing what she needed to do, even without many specifics.

"Eventually but for now we got to work with what we got!" Sub replied to Aile, the man quickly realizing he was surrounded by a circle of Miniormen. "Good, you guys saved me a lot of running! Incinesword!" He said, holding out his hand, a pillar of red light appearing in it before it turned into a sword. Grasping the sword with two hands he seemed to charge up energy, the Miniormen rushing him to try and stop whatever he was doing.
"Incinerating Spinning Slash!" Sub shouted as he began to spin around violently, sword extended and becoming engulfed in flame. A vortex of fire would engulf them all, similar to a Fire Spin, the twister rising high into the sky before it all disappear in a flash of light, Sub seen standing still with the Incinesword resting on his shoulder as a rainbow of Minior shot up into the sky around him.
"You really think that witch won't make it grow this time? Come on now, this is what? This is number nineteen? Not one she hasn't made giant." Sub replied to his ally in blue, stabbing behind him with the Incinesword, piercing a Miniorman that tried to sneak up on him. That was when he heard Krasha and chuckled to himself. "At least she is finding some fun in all this."
-----
"Silence, Green Ranger! You'll know when my monster blots out the sun and crushes those rangers! ...wait, what do you think you're doing!? How dare you defy your empress!" The Shadow Witch spoke to the Green Ranger's mind, her actual location unknown. She didn't seem too happy with him engaging the other rangers already but there was little else she could do besides berate him. He might be under her spell but he still retained a frustrating bit of personality, even if his actions were all to her benefit.
-----
As they fought the number of Miniormen quickly declined until just a few were left, those few choosing to retreating willingly as the Minior abandoned their bodies and shot up into the sky. Sub would let out a sigh of relief as it seemed like they were done. The team of Snagem Rangers would gather together on the ground beneath the solar bridges, to regroup and plan their next move. However they wouldn't have much time to do so as a green stranger jumped down from above. "...and who might you be?" Sub asked the green clad newcomer, sporting a suit extremely similar to their own except green and their helmet resembling a Tyranitar.

Krasha took the time to exhale, if only for a moment, as the last of the Miniormen blazed trails out of the scene. There was time to plan the next phase of this attack.
Barely had Sub when someone showed up in what looked like a matching outfit: green, Tyranitar mask... It looked like a pretty good festival costume or something. Except she didn't recognize this stranger at all. "Who you be?" Krasha, one hand slinging the Kutter over her arm, put the other on her hip defensively. "Are they sellin' knockoff costumes of us or what?" This could either be good news or terrible news.

Reno would let out a huff at Sub's response, spinning his staff around for another swing at the few remaining Miniormen. "I'm allowed to dream, okay?" He grumbled, taking a few swings at the other few remaining Miniormen before they disappeared back to their....wherever the hell they lived. Man, they really needed to try and stick a tracker to one of these things one day, just track them back to their lair instead of this waiting for things to come to them. Putting the thought in the back of his mind for their next encounter with the things, Reno would start to get close to the gathering Rangers when they received a new guest. "So....are you just here for an autograph and a fun talk or is this about to be a more serious discussion about boundaries and what you're doing?"

Aile turned on her heel when she noticed the newcomer, tilting her head and spinning her daggers in her hands, ending with them in a reverse grip in her hands. Some new kid showing up with a similar outfit, unannounced, and not saying anything? Something didn’t completely feel right. She’d let the others do the talking, though. Hopefully, her instincts were wrong about all this, and it was just some hyper delusional kid that wanted to join them.

Though obscured by the helmet, an eyebrow would be raised as she saw the stranger approach, noting the color and motif. "You make that yourself?" Amaranth quipped, immediately suspicious of them. "You... know we don't do tryouts for this stuff anymore right? Missed those a few seasons ago." She'd keep an eye on the green-clad person, making no sudden movements for now. Though, she was all too ready to draw her bow again the second they tried anything funny.

A borderline uncontrollable snicker was what the Shadow Witch would immediately hear from her Green Ranger. Despite his inclination to lean towards Fire, Tsuki was like flowing water. He could be directed or redirected sure, pointed and guided towards a goal as the witch saw fit. But there was no forcing the current. ’I defy it like so. And hey, if you test a tool against a worn piece of equipment, is it really a test?’ he thought in reply to her. He could only sit, wait, train, and wait some more so much. Tsuki wanted a challenge, and if he beat them all before the Shadow Pokemon even arrived…?
Well, it’d be alls well that ends well.
When one Miniorman tried fleeing past, he couldn’t help but extend a leg to trip the poor thing in it’s escape- Tsuki had no love for them. He steadied his gaze onto the Snagem Rangers and quipped back to the Blue and Pink Rangers. “Why would I wanna autograph or join your bush league crew that couldn’t keep one nerd in the grave?” He asked, head tilting as he pulled out what looked to be an ocarina. Even with his Tyranitar helmet on (chalk it up to Shadow Witchcraft), he could still play it for a spell or two himself. “How about this: beat me and maybe I’ll give you my autograph.” He’d point that line to the Red Ranger, a voice he did recognize. If he wanted to know who he was, he could find out for himself. On that note, he blew into his instrument and channeled an electrical current into the air to conjure an Electrical Terrain to his aid. But who to taunt first, he wondered…
He gestured to Krasha, the one who called his uniform a knockoff.

A zingy tingle ran through Krasha's feet as the Electric Terrain spread from the Green Ranger. She glared back at Tsuki, a wicked grin on her face.
"Yeah, ya think you're somethin', huh, bih?" She took the Kutter off her arm and charged at him, swinging in his direction. She felt compelled to attack, a feeling only boosted by the mild jolt of energy the Terrain was spreading through her body.
"Give a Krasha a little zap / And you might just get a rap!"
