This freak is a living carousel animal. They have a pole impaled thru their body [but no blood/gore]. Their appearance is cutesy, with a whimsical saddle and reins/bit, as you might see on IRL carousel animals. Despite the adorable appearance, their expression is quite saddening - perhaps the pole causes them pain and constant inconvenience, perhaps they have become sick of the stagnation which comes from being stuck in one place and moving in a circle. Whatever the cause may be they are tortured by their own cruel fate.
