Jinx trotted along the dirt path. Then suddenly, he noticed a bottle up ahead. Curious... he pondered. It was a blue, glowing liquid in a semitransparent jar."I like it," Jinx exclaimed as he made his way over to the mysterious bottle, uncorked it, and drank the glowing substance in its entirety. After waiting a few moments, the impatient mini scoffed, "Nothing's happening. What a rip off." Jinx then tossed the bottle to the side of the path, and continued onward. Up ahead, he saw his friend, Jingles the Balloon Pony. Excited, Jinx called out to Jingles, wondering what brought her down this path.
Jingles cocked her head to one side. "What is that? It looks like Jinx, but that mini is.... glowing blue?! How can that be?" Jingles smiled, and hastened her pace.
Jinx hugged Jingles. "It's good to see you, my old friend!"
Jingles, being the honest pony that she is, couldn't hold it in. "Jinx, what's wrong? Why are you GLOWING BLUE?!"
Jinx, taken aback, examined his paws. "Oh, gosh, what's this?" And then it hit him. The mysterious blue glowing liquid he consumed had transformed his purple body blue... and now he's glowing, too! "It must be that bottle I drank back there. Huh, I guess it did do something, huh, Jingles! Do ya think it's permanent?"
After some thought, Jingles shook her head. "You know, I ran into a magician earlier. Maybe it fell from his bag of tricks... I doubt it's permanent. He must use it for his shows! Just enjoy the colorful glow for now. It should be gone by tomorrow at the latest."
Jinx grunted. "Sure. Ok, so where are we off to?"
Jingles, surprised, gasped, and said "we?" Well, I was going to visit Lady Starlet... Thought it would be fun to reach her by dinner time, and maybe eat with her and stare at the stars at night.
"Sounds fun. I'm in." smile
And the two friends continued down the dirt path together.
