Well, actually, you should blame the United States' Viz, because they're the ones dubbing Naruto, not YTV, YTV's Canadian, like me sweatdrop And btw, Orochimaru's voice actor in the the subbed version is actually a female, and in the dub he's voiced by a male... Wakako Matsumoto, or Kujira (Orochimaru's Japanese voice) pwns at making people sound creepy.
