okay, so I know that the sharingan have different levels, but what about the byakugan? can you get some sort of mangekyou byakugan?

I believe the Byakugan has ONE level, but can improve. Neji has a blind spot because of his level of training. Others may have a blindspot the size of a needle. [This is very small because EVERYONE has a blind spot considerably larger in the center of their vision.]
If you're asking if it can get better, yes. Level up? Likely not. ((Sorry, I selected the chicken option 'cos I saw the word chicken XD))

I agree with what Shikalee said. I believe it only has one level in it, however I believe you can improve it. Now I'm not sure if they could reduce the blind spot, but I bet they could train themselves to where the blindspot was not a burden.

@ Churrlo: Correct me not. I understand how Chakra works and if Kishimoto is right AT ALL on how Chakra actually functions, the size of the blind spot could be reduced. Unless he effed up. Again. >_>;
