I sort of hate the way kenshin's japaneese voice over sounds

I don't really enjoy watching it with the sub titles since Kenshin's voice just sounds soo..... off. It almost annoys me to a point, but I can get use to it... (eventually)

I can't really decide which voice I like better. I watched the episodes in English first, so when I heard his voice it was shocking. eek but I got used to it. I did imagine kenshin with a slightly feminine voice, but still noticeably male. I think it's cool how they kept Yahiko's voice the same mostly.

I can't find any Pictures of Richard Hayworth!! I've even tried all of his other aliases, but nothing!! I can find pictures of Ogata Megumi becasue she's a singer.

Am I the only one or is this a problem for anyone else... it may seem kinda wierd.. I just can't watch the anime subbed just because of ken-sans voice. His voice just sounds cooler in dubbed.. but then Kauro sounds like a white girl lol

sweatdrop I love Kenshin's voice in the dubbed version, and I actually like all of the dubbed voices (except Miss Tai. *CRINGE*). I think subbed is always nicer to watch, though, because that's how it was intended to sound. Shame you dislike his Japanese voice (despite it being a girl); I think it suits his look quite nicely. Kawakami Gensai -was- mistaken for a girl on a regular basis. n_n

Yeah in japanese it makes Kenshin sound kind of like a girl and then he is small and girl looking it's just weird!
