KoRnfucius For the past two weeks or so now, I've barely been able to sleep unless on the weekends when I stay up for over 24 hours Friday and exhaust myself. I can't do that during the week for work. But..the 18th I'm going to second shift. 3:30 PM to midnight. That's a much better timeframe for me. That should allow for more flexible sleep time. That's good I hope you'll be able to sleep more

The only time I really see myself getting really good sleep is on the weekends. I figured it out why, too. During the week (Monday through Friday) I work early in the morning. And knowing that my alarm will go off, I'll wake up way before my alarm goes off. Ugh. Horrible, right? I think so. So during the week I don't feel like I get a lot of sleep, but on the weekends I get A LOT of sleep.

That's kinda what I do instead I don't put the alarm and to wake up I tell myself I have to wake up at a certain hour except if it's like school or w/e then I put the alarm cept for my old job I used to have to wake up late enough so I didn't heh

this term i have mostly morning classes, so since i'm up all night i feel dead tired. but if i try to sleep at night and be awake in the daytime, i feel even worse.
i try to sleep when i get home from school, but i get home just in time for all the good trash tv (judge shows, dr phil) and back to back law and order.
