Okay I have ordered a large quantity of beads and natural stones. I would like to know if anyone knows any good websites for how to make jewlery like earings and braclets?

i don't know any specific design places but google 'beaded jewlery design' and you would probebly find something. good luck smile
about.com is a good starting point. There are at least 2 good websites there that can help: http://beadwork.about.com/ http://jewelrymaking.about.com/ There are loads of other places online. If you have anything more specific in mind, speak up, and I'm sure I can dig up something smile

www.firemountaingems.com has some project sheets on their site. www.bellaonline.com has a section on beading www.beadandbutton.com is a beading magazine. Last time I was there they had some project sheets online. www.beadworkmagazine.com is also a beading magazine that has projects posted online.
I second about.com and craftster.org. Those are great places to find information.
