Family Fun

I'm having trouble with this expansion because when I go onto a lot the building becomes red and black and it flashes and whenever I try to paint over it, it always comes out as either a shade of red or black (even if it's blue and white) this is really irratating me, could someone tell me what's wrong?

I think mine did that for like a couple of times at first, but then it just all of a sudden stopped. I would paint it, and after I painted it, it would go to what I had meant to put on... I don't know if that's what yours is doing or not, but that's hwat mine did.

I haven't had that problem however since I installed family fun I havent been able to do any of the expansion interactions with other sims. Like ask, or manage, or such. crying Anyone know how to solve this?

Forget what I said before it's killed my computer stare I thought because it was just decor it would be quick install and it's done (like the holiday pack) I didn't expect it to change the format of the entire game.
