The Sims 1 question

Ok, I hope I can make this thread because I'm new and everything, but...

Ok, I was playing the Sims Superstar, and I accidentally deleted my mailbox istead of the thing I meant to delete. I know no one can visit your house if you delete it, but I was wondering if there was any cheat code to get it back. I can't find one...

None that I know of. Why don't you just move into a new house? I think thats all you can do.

Yeah, I think you can move out then move in again.


But I haven't played for a loooong time, so I'm not completely sure.

I think you have to move out.


I did something similar with the "move_objects on" cheat. I deleted the invisible teleporter that allows people to visit your house. gonk

Yeah I would say move out, because deleting the mailbox also means you cant pay your bills...at least it does on sims 2 anyway so I'm pretty sure it does for Sims 1 aswell...then you get the repo man all the time because you can't pay

if i remember correctly- there was somewhere where you could download a replacable mailbox- good luck finding it if you want it so bad

I know that if I deleted my mailbox I would be pretty freaking mad. So I would like to help you.

1. Simply quit and go back to the game. It might be there again. If it doesn't work try step 2.
2. Move. If you LOVE your house, try step 3.
3. Move, then move back in to the original house. If this doesn't work, try step 4
4. talk to tech support

Pineapplepielady, you *do* realise this thread is over 5 years old now right? The OP has probably moved on from the original Sims now.
