i'm very confused about how sims to works can she only stay at her house are there more location i need to know

If not, just get your sim to the newspaper or computer, have them "Find a Job" and pick one you like.

Then, when the time comes, a car will pull up and your sim will go to work. You don't follow them.

o ok thanks i want my sim to get married they keep saying 21 days till you sim becmes an elder

Ok, your question confused me but I'll answer what I think you're asking. Your Sims don't have to stay on the lot, they can't actually visit other Sim's homes but they can go to community lots by ringing up a taxi. When you have Nightlife and Open for Business there are even more places that Sims can go.

And you want to get your Sim married? Has she met someone yet? If not, you can wait for a townie or another Sim to walk by, or you can take her to a community lot and look for potential lovers there. You still have 21 days, so that's plenty of time to meet a man sim and marry him and have Sim babies. but even once she becomes an elder she can still get married and adopt children.
