I've been wondering how to change how a toddler looks.

If you have the InSimenator you can use the makeover feature, if not you have to wait until they are older and use the mirror or the Show Business career reward.

I'm not 100% sure about this, but I thought that I've seen that you can change their looks if you have the dressing table that came with one of the expansions. But I'm not sure, because i've never done it, I just know I've seen people talking about it

To change the toddler's clothes you can just use the changing table. Makes sure you have bought the clothes first.

To change the toddler appearance, without any hacked objects, you'll need OFB. Since OFB, an adult sim can click the mirror to change the toddler's appearances.

Oh okay. Thanks. I don't have OFB. I wish I did. But I can live without changing the toddlers looks.

If you want to change their whole face you can use
boolProp TestingCheatsEnabled true
shift click
spawn
sim modder
Then click sim modder choose set age, adult
Also use UnlockCareerRewards
choose the plastic surgery thing
change their face
click the sim modder and turn them back into a toddeler
That is if you want to change the size/shape of eyes,face,mouth,nose,ears, stuff like that

I've always been able to change my toddler's appearance by just clicking on a mirror and saying to change whoever's appearance...
