my favorite captains would have to be:

1) Hitsugaya
because he's a kid and his bankai is really cool

2) Kuchiki Byakuya
'cause he always looks so cooool and calm and his bankai (and even shikai) is really awesome and his sword has the coolest name (Senbonzakura (means "one thousand cherry blossums"))

AND

3) Ichimaru Gin
because of that stupid smile he always has. I don't know, it just makes me feel all sly and whatever like him. It's contagious.

I'd have to say that I like Gin the most, even though he's creepy and a traitor, and you can never be quite sure if he's serious or not. It might have something to do with the sarcasm and just how cool he is, and stuff. I'd never mess with him or Aizen. Especially not Aizen.

Most of the captains are too unpredictable. I'm pretty sure I'd be a rather paranoid soul reaper. Luckily, I have a habit of being invisible in real life, so I wouldn't have to worry as much. But still.

I'd give up time alone to go try to make Toushiro lighten up! I'd try so hard to make him laugh, but I'm pretty sure I'd fail. He's so cute, though! I have a thing for anime kids. They're so cuuuuute! Doesn't matter how evil or completely serious an anime kid is, I think he/she is cute!

I don't like Mayuri, though. He is scary, STAY AWAY FROM HIM!
