Brain Tree + Esophagor = Expensive

Is there any reason why these quests are SO expensive?! I got the first half of the information for about 7k, the second half it's going to cost me all the neopoints I have IF I can even find the item!

I'm not sure, maybe because most of the Neopets Team are mental?

I have only done one quest and it was edna

Yeah I wouldn't waste my time in doing the brain tree or the esophagor. I pay like 2k for something and the esophagor only gives me an item worth 100np...

It is expensive but it isn't really worth it because you spend a lot of nps but the prize you get in return is only a few nps..

Because you can get something 30x more worth.

I think most of the quests have the option of getting something rare, don't they?

I spent a week trying to complete a Brain Tree Quest that didn't cost an arm and a leg. Finally got him as a battledome challenger and have never looked back. 3nodding
