No.

It's a magazine for the goth-culture as a whole, mainly with articles on fashion designers in the scene as well as some interviews with goth-rock (and related genres) artists. It occassionally will also have general-interest stories about the culture.

I bought a copy of it (issue 20) from Borders about a month ago. I don't dress much like a Goth at all, but the magazine just really grabbed my attention. I'd never seen anything like that among all the popular fashion magazines in a conventional bookstore before.
