The Map shall look like such afterward:



The states of Washington, Oregon, California, Arizona and New Mexico shall be annexed and merged into the Territory of Pacifica. The states of Vermont, New Hampshire, Conneticut and New York shall be annexed and merged into the Province of New York. The states of North and South Dakota shall be added to the Province of Saskatchewan. The states of Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, West Virginia, Pennsylvania and Ohio shall be annexed and merged into the Province of Erie. The State of Hawaii shall be annexed and become the Province of Hawaii.

The City of Vancouver, Washington, shall undergo a name change to prevent name discrepancies with the much larger and more important Vancouver, British Columbia.

Any part of this Proposal may be amended by majority.
