Hey i just joined yesterday and i have a few questions about making some amvs. First off i would really appreciate if anyone who in a member of amv.org to watch my first amv that i made, its called Move the Forest. I would love to know what you like or dislike about it so i can make changes in the future. Also if its not too much trouble could you post your opinions in the amv.org website, thanks
I also had a question about VirtualDubMod, i just downloaded it today, and while i was removing the subtitles it made the anime i was redoing really big, like a few Gb big, is that normal, or am i not using the program right?
Again thanks for your help and inviting me into the guild

The subtitle remover plugin for Vdub...... sucks! It's not going to do anything but distort your footage. For the purpose of editing becoming good friends with a member of l33t-raws, or find a fansub group that uses h/x.264 encoding with soft subs.
I do not personally endorse the use of downloaded footage because I personally would like to remain within the grey area of national legislation. Plus downloaded footage is horribly obvious. The nice thing about AMVing is that as long as you OWN the R2 version of the DVD John Law cannot touch you. Using foreign media does not apply to copyright laws or infringement there in within the USA. $30 per DVD is a much nicer price than several thousand for copyright infringement.
