Hello there & welcome to The Official Australian Guild!
By being within this guild, you are to abide by these following rules~
- Do not harass anyone within the guild, beg, flame or anything.
- Do not post crap & spam, you know you can play around in here, just don't go overboard.
- Do not bump, this shall not be allowed within this guild whatsoever.
- Do not make a new thread for any topic, if there is a thread already that your topic could be discussed within.
- If you create a thread, please make sure that it has a point and can be discussed to some degree. Any spam, offensive or flame threads will be deleted immediatley.
- Keep swearing to a low...It's normal sure...but it sucks.
- Please type your posts in a way that is easy for other people to understand. It's okay if your spelling or punctuation isn't great, but typing something like "OMG IM LIEK RLY GUD IF I TYPE LIEK DIS" is just not on.
- As always, this guild is a part of Gaia so the TOS applies.

News
13/5/05 - OAG was born.
6/6/05 - We sustained a spam attack by Bunnah, under the name of a** Reaper. In Lilithia's efforts to clean up the forum and rid it of terrible and abusive spam, some innocent threads were accidentally lost. Lili was not happy, and neither was anyone else for that matter.
10/6/05 - Nique provided us with some exciting news:
...Nique -it seems the casino (located in idle de gambino) shall open sometime next week ... it was reported that the gaia admin team released this information at their most recent con panel... so everyone save up some gold! icon_blaugh.gif
- a user has been banned for hacking and displaying pictures of 'slots'
-items that may be won (tickets are traded for) include a crown, jester hat and collar
13/6/05 - Casino was released. It had been reported that an individual managed to get four times in a row of three halos. What a lucky bugger.
18/6/05 - DNA cleaned out all non posting members.
1/1/06-----------------------------------------------------------------------New Year
11/1/06 - Much guild tension and upheaval all based around the argument that too many threads were locked and there was too much "censorship" within the guild. DNA posted this response in the old news thread:
DNA_Guru As we have had some confusion with our...newer additions to the guild I would like to point out that any locked threads will be kept as a point of reference unless they are deeply offensive.
Most threads that are locked are those that were deemed too specific and have been given a general thread. This goes especially for the various sports threads.

14/11/06 - Shisno blessed the guild with a lovely banner! You can get the banner and code in the next post.
16/1/06 - The "censorship" argument continued and it was getting no where, so Emwah stepped in and unlocked all the locked threads and gave members more of a free rein in creating threads. At first she thought she had created a monster, but all seems to have settled down now. There's lots of new members around and that's a good thing too.

18/1/06 - The mods were all in agreeance with the notion that the top of our page is far too cluttered, so this day sees the demolition and reorganisation of several of the stickied threads. All information from the Rules, News, Banners and Links out thread have been put together in a more user friendly fashion.
22/1/06 - After much debate, it was decided that we needed some subforums. On this day, Lilithia created 3 subforums for Entertainment, Sports and Games. |
