Burglars.

i watched a movie and this persons sim was makeing out with the burgular it was weird?? i dont know how she even could talk to him??

If you meet a burglar on a community lot you can interact with them just like a normal sim. They can't steal from community lots, even in OfB. They just visit.
Isn't it supposed to be possible to let a burglar out of the police car in Sims2 if you have a good relationship with them?

You know... I've never had a burglar visit me when I playing either Sims or Sims 2 for the computer. But when I played Sims for PS2, my homes got attacked pretty much everytime I played a family o.O
