Hermione and Evangeline(from Negima!)= the same?

After reading the latest update on wikipedia they say that in 10+ Negima! book that Evangeline A.K McDowell is very similar to Hermione Granger according to Akamatsu's desgin notes.

A bit shocking if you ask me when they don't radiate the same kind of aura.(One being a bookworm and the other a scary highranked vampire) xd
