I just got Sims2 for Pc and now I need help

Well I didn't get it yet. When I get my report card then we will see. But when I do get what should I do? I have sims 2 for gamecube and I have a bunch of other sims games but not this one.

Yeah, play the tutorial family so you can get a feel for it and then go into one of the neighbourhoods and just start playing. If you want normality...or a kind of normality...go Pleasantview. If you want Aliens, go Strangetown and if you want elves then go to Veronaville.

But you'll just have to play it yourself and read boards like this and the official website to learn as much as you can about it. And when you get better and more confident, create your own neighbourhood, download custom content and have loads of fun...
