Does any one know the name of the artist that sings "starlight"?

the film clip in an animation.. and i think the film clip was about a guy and a mouse(?) trying to get into the music industry but they failed and then the aliens heard it and they took the mouse instead of the man and the man was sad..

mm.. i was wondering who it was done by.. its really bothering me! burning_eyes
