IWCC = Iowa Western Community College...aka the college I went to for a year... sweatdrop

love the hat! its just adorable. as for the dorm thing, most dorms have that cinderblock thig if its not cheap drywall. although i am curious what college that dorm is located. the cinderblock thing is familiar to me too.
