	1. Technically, it was tied at the cut-off date. 2. Shellder is fine. You have Swinub up there! 3. Larvitar = too powerful at final evolution. A lot of pokemon are like that, and I have a SECRET specific system I use to decide what I think is too powerful.

	yeah I could see your point with larvaetar, prbably same reason dratini's not a starter. Anyways, it you're looking to recruit for some of the teams, Aqua/magma/rocket, I'd be happy to volunteer.

	We might be. But the RP will be in the guild, not here. And as for now we (the crew in the guild) are not allowed to disclose details of the guild here, except for me. I can do whatever the hell I want in the guild except for breaking the ToS.
