My personal favorite:
Sasuke vs. Naruto (duh). Sadly Naruto's fox demon is the best. xD I have watched that episode so many times. I'd make a music video for it if it weren't for my cheap family and my lacking of windows xp (which has windows movie maker). So yeah. It sort of sucks.

I liked gaara vs. naruto but it didnt really start getting good till the end.

Sasuke vs. Naruto (The Valley of the End), Jiroubou vs. Chouji (aka. Fatty vs. Fatty) seriously, that one made me cry, Gaara vs. Naruto, Gai vs. Kakashi (Rock-Paper-Scissors), that one made me laugh XD.
