okay i have university and uhhh my sim was fixing her computer and then her face turned all black and now she's outta collage and married and has a husband and her face is STILL black!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Take her to a mirror and choose the "change appearance" option. Even if you don't change anything click on the tick and it should reset her face back to normal. That's how I fix it when my teens go to uni and keep their zits.
