Can you change the baby's outfit?

Well, in the neighborhood that I play often ((I created it, it's not a default)), there are absolutely NO babies.

I thought that was kind of dull, to not have at least one family with a baby, cause though it might be stressful, having a baby in the house is fun.

So, I decided to have one of my families adopt one ((I don't want to wait 3 days to give birth)). I'm thinking of adopting a toddler.

But then I got to thinking: What if the toddler has an ugly outfit? Is it possible to buy new clothes for it and use the "Plan Outfit...." option?

And if so, where do I "Plan Outfit...." question

You have to buy their clothes by going to the local stores.
Or you can keep it default.

I know, but how do you change them?

I know you use the changing table to change the baby from undies to PJs, but can you also do the "Plan Outfit" option?
