Basically you vend and invest on gaia to get goldetc
But I provide the Capital in gold/items and you take a cut of
the profit.

Don't do that, just set up a hoard of brand new items and let it sit for a month or two, it's the best way to double, even triple your net worth.
Like me, for instance, I'm buying 700 momo monkeys for about 6 million gold. I pay 9-9.2k each for them and sit on the hoard for 2-3 months while they inflate.
If the momo reaches 20k each then I will have 14 million gold, more than double what I invested.
