DOWNLOADING SIMS ON MTS2?[Still unsolved - Updated 30th Nov]

Ive downloaded a few custom sims off mod the sims 2 before - but I dunno where they are in my game!
If it said I had to download meshes from elsewhere, I did so, making sure that I'd have all I needed for the sim to work.

Am I doing something wrong? Otherwise, were can I find my sims?

EDIT: Ive been installing them with the program X-Qpress installer that I downloaded from the site - is this wrong or something?

When you go into CAS;
[Create-A-Sim]
And you create a sim;
you should see a button at the top, next to the randomize button.
Click on it and your downloaded sims should be in there.

If not, they probably aren't in your game.

I'm pretty sure that's the only place they'd be.

Are you unzipping/installing them correctly? Or have you checked your downloads folder to make sure they're there?

Have you made sure you have the correct age group selected when you look for them in CAS? If you want to find a female teen but currently have, say, ann elder male and try to load a premade sim you will only get to select from elderly males.

If you still can't find them in CAS then have a look for them in Bodyshop. They should just be in the sim bin.
