Ah shawn20, I was tempted to make some joke about whether something becomes the capitol of a country/state/province/land-mass-of-some-type when it is "capitolized". But this is the second post of yours that I've read and so far you're two-for-two for big errors in your posts and so now I'm giving serious consideration to the idea that you may be doing this intentionally. If you are: please stop; far too many people lost their lives the last time the ire of this guild was raised and I'd rather not have it happen again.

If you aren't doing it intentionally then please, please, proofread your posts. At the very least paste them into a word processor and let the auto correct function do most of the work for you.
