Find-A-GothI personally like this site. I've meet some great people on here... confused and been stocked by a few people but haha yeah. I suggest checking it out. I like it better than vampirefreaks honestly.

By that I didn't mean physically stalked but they wouldn't stop leaving messages no matter how many times I asked them to stop and as long as you're not stupid and tell these people your address then it's pretty safe. Roughly it's as safe as vampirefreaks and myspace. As long as you are careful, you're good.
